Private or duet sessions are offered by appointment at the Middleton Home Studio or the

Group Pilates and Qigong Classes
Group classes are continuously running, weekly classes or are taught as a 4 or 6-week series. Fees for group classes range from $9 to $15 per class depending on location and class.
