Just taught in a program of one-to-one instruction for
students on the Autism Spectrum, called Spectrum Yoga Therapy. I learned so much from - and with - my wonderful student. A
beautiful experience that reinforced the idea that when we are able to
integrate a more complete spectrum of human experience, we can learn so
much about subtle energy, communication, and the critical role of
individual spirit in holistic health and fitness. It's a great way to
explore the diversity of Joy!
