What makes us special?

Point of Contact offers movement and fitness training that is grounded in principles of both healthy energy flow and anatomical function. We specialize in providing individualized therapeutic support for recovery from the in-body (physical, physiological) and mind-body aspects associated with anxiety and stress. Our offerings range from physically vigorous pilates and functional movement training, to the still and introspective space preserved in body-work sessions. Through our unique multidisciplinary approach, clients have the option of working in one of our modalities... or of constructing a personalized, integrated program over time. With this approach, we offer clients a point of contact to the power and beauty of the human body - and the unique synergy created by the luminous presence of the individual spirit.

What's new?


 
We are currently expanding to offer group classes in Pilates and Qigong, in addition to
private training in the Madison area and Blue Mounds WI, a beautiful 20 min drive from Madison. We welcome feedback about our class offerings and our website as we continue its construction!
